2. Where do your apples come from?

All our apples are grown in the clean, fresh air of the Himalayas, mainly in Upper Shimla Area (Rohru, Jubbal, Kotkhai, Kinnaur) and surrounding areas. Each apple is hand-picked to ensure the best taste and quality.

3. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website www.localapples.in. Just select your preferred apple variety, add to cart, and proceed to checkout.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we do not accept online payments at checkout. Once you place your order, our team will contact you to confirm and share payment options (UPI, bank transfer, or cash on delivery—where available).

We harvest apples only after an order is confirmed. This means they travel from our orchards to you within 24–72 hours (depending on your location).

6. Do you ship across India?

Yes! We deliver to most pin codes across India through our trusted courier partners. Some remote areas might have limited delivery options.

7. Are your apples organic?

While our apples are naturally grown in a clean environment, we follow minimal and safe farming practices. They are not “certified organic” but are free from harmful chemicals.

8. How should I store my apples?

Store your apples in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For longer freshness, refrigerate them—they can last up to 3 weeks in the fridge.

9. Can I buy in bulk for events or gifting?

Absolutely! We offer bulk orders for weddings, corporate gifting, festivals, and special occasions. Contact us for special pricing and packaging.

10. Do you offer replacements or refunds?

Since apples are perishable, we do not offer replacements or refunds for fresh produce.
However, if there is a genuine delivery issue (such as missing order or wrong quantity), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will review your case.
